Based in Leicester, but with associates in 43 countries, our Client specialises in the provision of cost effective and efficient supply solutions to Business Clients.
Our Client regularly recruit experienced Sales People or Account Managers to join the growing Telephone Account Manager team in Leicester.
The role of the Telephone Account Manager is to ensure continuous and consistent contact with the Business Clients to maximise customer retention and spend.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
Business to Business sales experience (sales, telesales, sales retention or account management).
Excellent telephone manner.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Negotiation and influencing skills.
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
Competent in the use of knowledge of Word and Excel.
Strategic understanding.
Attention to detail.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
