Our Client, specialise in the provision of cost effective and efficient supply solutions, significantly reducing the costs of running a business.
Based in Manchester, but with associates in 43 countries, our Client regularly recruit experienced Customer Retentions Specialists to join their growing team.
The role of the Customer Retentions Specialist is to contact problem accounts. Using objection handling and negotiation skills the Specialist will explore the issues with the purpose of resolving these and retaining the Client.
As well as the role offering excellent variety, you will receive a basic starting salary of up to £17k plus up to 35% in bonus (paid on a monthly basis) as well as the opportunity to develop in a global organisation.
Person Specifics:
• Previous sales/business development/sales retentions experience essential
• Confident & friendly telephone manner
• Accurate keyboard skills
• The ability to communicate written & verbally at all levels
• Good composure skills
• Relate to a high pressure sales environment
• Ability to work as part of a team
